SPORTS MEDICINE MO-IBJI is a leader in providing comprehensive sports medicine services including the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. The goal is to provide high quality state-of-the-art health care services to recreational, high school, college and professional athletes. The sports medicine team includes sports medicine trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeons and National Athletic Trainers Association certified athletic trainers. MO-IBJI is very proud of (CHAMP) the Chicagoland High School Athletic Medicine Program which provides sports medicine care to high school athletes in the Chicago Public League. Also of special note is the Athletic Trainer Outreach Program that provides certified athletic trainer and team physician services to area high school and college athletic teams. PHYSICIANS
